hello. for sterling silver, you can actually pinch the butterfly backs of your earrings to make them tighter. I've been doing that a lot and it causes no damage to my earrings. Silver is a soft metal so it tends to loosen up.
Lovely collection. Did you end up getting out the knot? If you place the necklace on a table and use the point of a toothpick you should be able to work the knot out. Use the point and gently work it into the centre of the knot. It will loosen and you can then undo the knot with your fingers. No need for a jeweler :)

+Angie Guarin Mine is the .05...To be honest, it is kinda small but you can see a significant difference betwee the .03 and .05. If you can afford to go bigger, I would definitely go bigger!

They are not overly heavy, but they do have a tiny bit of weight to them. Nothing that is bothersome though. In terms of price - I received these as gifts a few years back. Right now the bracelet is listed at $330 CDN and the earrings are listed at $200. Hope that helps!

It's so plain looking, I don't get what all of the obsession is about. It's overpriced metal. I found a Tiffany bracelet lying in the street years ago, it doesn't have "return to Tiffany" on it. I thought it was worth practically nothing initially, it's just a plain silver bracelet, but it's worth 300 according to Ebay, USED. That's insane! The only thing that makes it special is a stamp.
+Puppycakez I know some of the bracelets dont have the Return to Tiffany on it, they just have the plain heart (usually for engraving). I agree though, I actually don't really wear my Tiffany jewelry anymore- too many people have it!!

I think it is real(and I am an artist by profession, I can spot little things that most people would not notice). The only thing that throws me off is the tarnish. I found it 9 years ago, but the tarnish is so bad... I admit I did not take good care of it, I threw it in a box full of my junk jewelry. Maybe that damaged it, I'm not sure. I want to polish it up myself before I sell it, but I'm nervous about how to do that at home without damaging it further. Any suggestions?
+Puppycakez If it's real silver (which it should be if it's from Tiffany's) you can use a polishing cloth if you have one laying around. If not, my go to is toothbrush and just regular crest toothpaste! It should clean right up. Hope that helps :)

You can get little plastic pieces to attach to the backs of your earrings that will give a nice tight hold so you will not lose them.
