4:39 - What?? What new rule is this? After any player plays a shot, you have to wait until all the balls stop moving before it's considered the next player's shot. That's fundamental. Does anyone have a clue what he's banging on about with that BS? Plenty of times players go and sit back down before everything's stopped moving and something goes in a pocket - it's still their shot, the other player can't just waltz up to the table and claim their points for a fluke.
That's such nonsense!
They ment not to claim the points of other player. It is about the decision to respot the ball back on the table or not. Other player can't count this ball to himself

This is in reference to the pot at 2:24. The red hesitates at the pocket then falls in. Did the ball stop moving? Is it the next player's shot? Whether the player sat down isn't the contention.
I see. But referring to that slow dropping red, I still don't see any issue. The red didn't stop moving, it just very slowly tipped over the lip of the pocket.

He didn't mean to put the cue ball into a snooker. This is debatable whether to include this or not
