finally a faction that's smart and take over the institute I always found it to be stupid that no one takes over the institute at all
I agree!
Minutemen and Railroad doesn't have the skill nor firepower to take on the Institute up front. It's the entire reason they have to go sneaky and activate the bomb.
As for BOS, they deem Institute tech to be too dangerous to keep around. Remember, they don't just find tech, they also destroy dangerous tech as well. They have no problem with you destroying Mariposa or Oil rig, despite both also have tech that can help people.
Another cool aspect about it is that it allows you to subjugate the institute so that you can have an allied vanilla faction for the purpose of Mods like Sim Settlements 2, which encourage having the backing of a vanilla faction.
Yes, it really helps with integration. I am running SS2 and AR2 together in this playthrough. There are some Enclave themed SS2 settlement plots I want to try at the Army Base.
Modders, as always, making content far more efficiently than Bethesda
Truth.
THEY CONTRACT MODDERS LMAO

The Dripclave will never die
Sneedclave
It makes sense that the Enclave would have better gear in basically every way. Almost every other faction in the entire series is repurposing and recycling old tech from a broken-down world 200 years busted. The Enclave is *making* it. It's fresh off the assembly line, and not only that, they've continued to improve the design as time has marched on. The Enclave are probably also vastly outnumbered compared to most other factions from all their losses in large battles over the years so they NEED to have better tech to even out (and pave with the bodies of their enemies) the playing field. It's good to see modders taking that into consideration.
It's also a bit depressing that modders can do with a small team and vastly limited funds by far more impressively than a billion-dollar company with a large development team can. I guess there really is no substitute for passion.
Well said. The mod's lore and logic supports your conclusions, as does the quality.
Hence why I wish Bethesda would go to central US and quit with the coastal states.
To be fair Bethesda has to make an entire game. All modders do is reuse existing assets and data. Not sayin modders dont work hard, but lets not down play the work that goes into making a full on game
You absolutely nailed it. Everyrhing you said there, and there is no substitute for passion. Passion before profit, and attention to fine detail is what made original Fallouts so good in the first place.
@@mal1362True.
At this point, modders have been keeping Betheda's games alive
Truly
Unironically with how great Eleven Labs AI service is this mod could be expanded EVEN further by giving other factions quests and voice lines involving Enclave.
I'd like to see that.
The enclave has and always will be my favorite faction in the fallout franchise
Despite its tyrannical and corrupt authoritarian nature and its bizarre and human rights violations and even some serious violations on the Geneva conventions is down right horrific. Even so I love the concept of a Shadow Organization pulling the strings and attempt to take control as the successors of the American government, it’s a very interesting and powerful faction due to its unique knowledge of all things prewar and even making new advancements postwar.
I love them and despise them at the same time, but it’s a match made in hell and I wouldn’t have them any other way.
I hope my video did them justice.
@@lastmangameplan It definitely gave a compelling drawl to join the enclave, I would definitely recommend making a brotherhood of steel pov of the enclave. Bring out the hatred of prewar America and whatnot. It would be a great video idea, either way your choice.
@@VoidFyre Pretty sure there’s no such thing as the Geneva conventions in Fallout so I can forgive them for all that. If the conventions did happen they were probably abandoned at some point before the Great War even happened when the UN basically fell apart.
@@quagmoe7879 oh yeah definitely, I’m just comparing what they did to real life war crimes. But yeah you’re right, either way it really makes them a great faction for the story due to the evil nature. As the enclave in our universe would be deeply hate and would be an enemy to all, which just makes it so difficult to like in the fallout universe but they really do tie it all together.
God Bless The Enclave 🇱🇷
LOL
I just completed this fantastic mod, I agree.🫡🇺🇸.
Very convincing showcase. I'll definitely have to check it out when i have some free time. I absolutely love the additions they've made with adding the army depot, improving the oil rig, and the weaponry. Being able to effectively conquer the institute is a fantastic addition which honestly should've veen an option all along in the vanilla game. The only thing that could make it even better is if the synths/coursers starting wearing black armor and saying "god bless America and god bless the enclave" when you walk past them
YESSSSSS!
Huge Agree on all counts. Only changes I'd want is to get the actors for Kane and Peterson better mics and quests dealing with both the Railroad and the Minutemen.
raider- *takes out v-bird*
pilot- "my turn" *pulls out heavy laser*
Just beat the mod, WOW!!! This should have been base game. It plays into the lore so well and respects the older games. Funny part is you never feel truly evil while doing this path, it all feels justified. The Enclave just wants to restore order and get society back on track and after watching the bombs drop in the opening and seeing how horrible the post war world is The Lone Survivor would want to restore the way of life they left. The only complaint about this mod is how unceremonious some of the faction leaders deaths are, didn’t even know I wiped the BoS leadership.
Yes. I wanted a greater sense of occasion too. (But the vanilla game never delivered on that either.)
@@lastmangameplan *Spoilers*
true, in my opinion the whole icbm mission should have played out differently (Should have struck the pentagon or project purity instead of the airship, complicating the revenge for The Enclave). The assault on the airship and killing The Elder should have been a separate mission entirely. Also, The coup at The Institute should have been like the regular assault but prior to the attack/ during the attack you have a choice for the Institute coup members to escape and join The Enclave (or mow them down). Veronica should have been his real daughter but became a ghoul (more emotional impact for the general / moral dilemma about following Enclave doctrine).
The Enclave - Institute ending should've been what we got with the BOS.
It is a little richer, but you know Maxon, he's pretty fired up about ending synths.
@@lastmangameplan I understand, but why not occupy the Institute and shut down the whole synth thing? While you're at it, commence TSD by getting lists of all those who have been replaced.
@@normalplayer7377 Understand that, despite how old Maxon looks, he's just a kid with a hate boner.
Great video always wanted to be part of the Enclave love the dedication in this mod.
God bless The Enclave
This mod is extremely impressive and is better than most dlc that developers produce. It’s truly amazing what they did with this mod and how they brought the Enclave to the Commonwealth.
yup.
Great review, and, yes, it’s a SUPERB mod. An absolute MUST for any load order going forward. GREAT work from all involved in the development in it.
Bethesda should really thank for the mod fanbase/makers for bringing new life into their game.
abso-friggin-lutely
They do. All the time. Why do you think modder love them so much?
Love the video and the factions stuff looks cool.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I downloaded the mod the day it released, although I haven't finished it I've been busy with other games. But what I would like to see is a patch that allows the Enclave and the HQ from SS2 to cooperate together and secure the Commonwealth, and maybe another patch that does the same thing with the FSD. I think there's lots of possibilities for the major quest mods to work together.
Absolutely!
As someone that already walks around repping Enclave colors, I need this.
Hahahahaha!
the coolest faction in Fallout
They have grown on me.
I've played this mod.and it kicks ass.also tryed it with war of the Commonwealth and complete utter chaos ensued .love The Enclave mod lol
It is so quality that I'll do another Enclave playthrough after the next gen update drops and we see which mods are left standing.
Nice vid as always
Appreciate it!
Already have this installed but you convinced me to play it agian, great modded dlc
That is so wonderful to hear. Thank you!
Love it. Use it with the minuteman enclave overhaul. Best mix
I've used them together too. You are right, it's a nice combo.
I love Enclave in every Fallout franchise, damn im gonna fall in love again to those new sets of freshly made equipment specially those camos and power armors was hoping they add XO-2 and XO-3 on their armaments
Plenty of mods to add in X-02 or X-03. Even Playstation can have those through creation club.
Can’t help to say this but, love the k-9 harness, it makes dog meat look so much better and more viable and the drip it can have is wonderful as well, and I see it kinda looks like enclave version, good work on that, and the drip is really nice, have to get to that point soon
Thank you for noticing! I downloaded that harness just so Dogmeat could share the enclave look a little better. :)
Great video! Would you ever consider doing an enclave themed mod load order video for this great mod? Thanks for posting
Possibly! Thank you for the suggestion.
Hey! Nice Video man, it really makes me want to include the mod in my playthrough. By the way, which mods do you use for the weapons showing on your character's back and hip? And what backpack mod do you use?
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! My character uses Azar's Holstered Weapons for the hip and back holsters. There are lots of variations to choose from. That same mod has backpacks, but the backpack you see is the creation club Military Backpack.
@@lastmangameplan Ohh Thanks. Here I am racking my brains scrolling through nexus... It did have some mods for visible holsters but they just have way too much requirements so I'm kinda second guessing if I really want to have them on my load order.
Just playing the first part of this mod - just reached the point where it tells me if I continue, the BoS will become enemies. Beat the main game as Minutemen with RR and BoS still allies, but since that is over, it doesn't really matter.
But finding the computers to open things up on the oil rig is a total pain!
It is a pain. (The science building computer is the furthest away.)
Have to admit , watching this video made me want to scrap my SSS playthrough of the vanilla game , ( as I currently gave never used a mod ) , and become a fully fledged loyal minion of the enclave , great vid
That is high praise! Thank you!

I love that. 😂
The Commonwealth Enclave, probably the greatest region of the Enclave.
It is now.
Good lord...this seems awsome!
It is!
Is there a mod where you can gain specials just the main specials by example(using workout benches putting the dumbells to work) and shooting range where you can get some perception. In one range and in another specific range (or same range just with a menu asking you which special you want to level up with and extra special ability for each special after completion, making for a fun new play through(etc strength special after working out past max lvl 10 you can work towards end strength training. A new strength ability, perception, endurance, charisma, agility, intelligence, luck, ability for each training done.
I really like that idea! I don't know a mod that does that for the player. SS2 does that for settlers though.
I want a mod where you can build your own faction and dominate all the other factions like
Minutemen
Bos
Enclave
Institute
Railroad
Raiders
Gunners.
Where you can make peace or go to all out war for control.
There is a mod for almost everything. I haven't seen that one yet though.
Why would you want that when you can just run around, doing chores for Preston? 😀
@@bdleo300 bc Preston needs the sweet taste of artillery 😭 lol
So some questions
#1 in the dlc quests in the update you seem to be against the enclave
If you join them in this mod does it change those quests?
#2 i want to download it but mods are behaving weirdly and id need to zero out my mods then download this when i have enough room
#3 is it enough to just download the main mod or should i download all the patches as well?
Great video by the way!
1 There is now a patch to make the DLC's work with AR2 so they are consistent. Thank God. I just didn't have it when I first tried the new DLC content.
3 I love the patches, but the mod is very good on it's own too.

The Atlantic Rig is doing MUCH better.
@@lastmangameplando you think the enclave can scrap the remants of the airship and make their own airship? Or just make one to mock the brotherhood and just take down every other faction and be the only one left
I’d love if we see a militarized enclave airship and they give it some ridiculously patriotic name like Democracy Manifest, Liberty’s Fist, Sword of Columbia, etc.

Okay I know I'm four months late on this as well, but I'm curious as to what fighting against AR2's Enclave is like, since I swear I remember seeing that as an option, and have gone down the route to stop helping the Enclave on my current Minutemen run, but I'm concerned that I might have done so too early (retaken the comms array but not the Vertibird refuelling station; yes I've started another character for AR2 already) or if an enemy Enclave just isn't as prominent as I'd hoped they'd be compared to a playable Enclave, or if I'm just too early in the main quest to see them (SS2 and other side quests have taken up so much time that I'm level 57 but haven't completed Molecular Level/teleported to the Institute yet lmao). Would you happen to know?
Excellent video, btw, AR2 looks like it'll be super fun to properly play through.
Great Questions! Even if you don't support them, the AR2 Enclave will assert itself eventually if you get far enough into the main story. At some point, a representative from the Minutemen, Brotherhood, or Institute comes to you with concerns about the Enclave and a plan to take them down. At this point, Enclave outposts and bases appear in the Commonwealth and on the oil rig without your help.
@@lastmangameplan Excellent to know. Thanks, man!
Is this a recent update? I did play the "Rise of the Enclave" mod previously and I wandered around on the Oil rig, but I see a lot of things I haven't noticed yet.
Additional suggestion: Turn on game subtitles next time.
It is a recent update that replaces the old mod. This one is American Rising 2 Legacy of the Enclave.
I put some mods on the other day and my game hasn't stopped crashing since. Never used mods before and really wanted to try a few. I'm using all companions mod, modern weapons, vehicles but I can't find any or how to make them, lunar mod , sanctuary hills pre war house and bridge and a few others. No stop crashing now
I am really sorry to hear that. I use the Vortex mod manager provided for free on Nexus mods. It handles almost everything for you when it comes to installs and load orders. Almost.
oh boy, there is a lot to be learned about load order etc. you also need to check the compatability between each mod so it can be time consuming to do unless you opt for the curated modpacks on the nexus
weird thing on my end the Enclave did not go after the railroad on my end as the Institute and BoS do.
I accepted a mission from Barret to recover a supply vertibird she was waiting on. The Railroad had looted the wreckage after a gunner shot it down. That's what lead to the beef with the RR.
Just curious will this mod conflict with the new enclave features added in the next-gen update?
No it will not--In fact it was just updated to integrate them.
@@lastmangameplan I caught that once I read the description. Funny thing is, this is my intro to Fallout 4. I worked a little in sanctuary, just need a few more veggies to plant and it’ll be good but other than that I’ve been focused on the enclave. It felt immersive right on the spot getting out of the vault and was a great introduction with the enclave members in cryostasis being part of vault 111 with a subsection facility only for authorized/government personnel. The voice acting, and the story is so well done. I’m impressed with the passion these modders put into this. I can’t even tell it’s a mod. Feels like it’s actually part of the base game.
I have a question, I got to the point where you can either choose to rat out colonel white hill or assassinate the senator and the general, I want to side with the general but the mission right after is the mass fusion mission and everytime I get off the vertibird in that mission my game crashes, so I’m gonna try to side with whitehill, my question is if I side with her, can I still assimilate the institute and destroy the brotherhood, do I still have to do the mass fusion mission if I side with her? What’s the difference between the 2 choices, thanks
I think regardless of whether you go Whitehill or Ward, Mass Fusion has to happen. It is how the Enclave gets to the next level of production at the Oil Rig and kicks off more events in the story line. Also, Whitehill can take over the Institute and destroy the BoS.
@@lastmangameplan hey thanks for the reply
I’d say Sim Settlements 2 takes the cake as the best quest mod for FO4 rn but this does come close
In terms of strongest faction, both of these come close
SS2 is epic. (I am stuck on a quest glitch right now though, so I haven't finished it.)
would you be able to fight them as the Brotherhood or Minuteman by chance ?
Yes! After beating the main story line (or getting far into it) if you didn't join the Enclave, you will be approached by new faction NPC's in either the brotherhood, Institute, or Minutemen to start a quest to destroy the Enclave.
I wonder if this will conflict with the official enclave update coming.
It could conflict lore wise. We'll have to see.
Does this pack have its own workshop items for the enclave or will I have to get it separately?
It does have them and I'll showcase them for you in video 2. :)
Yes I have already played this mod.
touché
Im so going to play this mod and do a Enclave Hellfire build
You owe it to yourself to do it! I love that idea.
@lastmangameplan never used the X-03 or the incinerator as a primary weapon so will be interesting. Just need to figure out my special stats and build my load order for fallout 4 as I have to redo everything.
What other mods did you have running in this video?
Too many to list, but many of them are about buffing the faction leveled lists and enemies. I try not to break immersion or go god mode with them. It's no fun not to be challenged.
@@lastmangameplan I understand that my Skyrim game is modded to helheim and back lol
Sweet!
Thanks!

It is a date. I think the other number was 7...
The code is 7366.
Would have been cool if you could put the settlements under the rule of the Enclave as well but a very good mod indeed 😁
That would be cool!
Is the mod on Steam? Also would I have to reinstall the game or just delete my saves and choose a new playset?
If you play on PC, get your mods from Nexus mods. No need to restart your game, but the original version of the America Rising mod is totally incompatible, so uninstall it.
I love how they absorb and assimilate rather than destroying like the Brotherhood.
Is there anything for people who aren't about that evil play through?
Can you work with the Minutemen to help the settlers of the Commonwealth, or are they very much still the Enclave that thought Wastelanders were ants and exterminate Vault survivors after their experiment was over?
Well... The storyline's ending doesn't put them in direct conflict with the Minutemen, so I guess anything is possible.

I don't tbh... It makes no sense that the Enclave is now morally better than BoS, that's just ridiculous.
@@bdleo300It is not, in the morally "good" ending, human experimentation is still a thing, they still kill smart ghouls for experiments. I dont want to say anything more not to make spoilers.

Fallout 4 is great. Again. LOL
I stopped receiving quest from them. Do i need to keep playing the main story to continue like the brotherhood
Yes, they do occasionally need the main story to progress.
I'd love to see what the mod author could do for say the Gunners. To me they always felt like they were meant to be something greater. I loved the original mod. I need a new computer so, I can play the new remake.
Gunners get pretty big lore and presence in Sim Settlements 2. It's a VERY impressive mod and when you get that new computer you owe it to yourself to check it out.😉
@@lastmangameplanIll take a look when I can another computer. I've seen some using it and it does look interesting.
Absolutely. Gunners could have been a real faction, perhaps something between NCR and Legion, or something like Negan enforcing tribute on everyone. Instead they are just raiders with better equipment (and raiders are just human animals). Bethesda.
What happens if you lose all five Verta birds? Do they get replaced or do you go solely by the Shew leather express?

It doesn't break anything. You can jump straight into it. It plays like a 5th faction.
@lastmangameplan I'm a little worried that if I grab a vault dweller from 81 I lose ability to get my French cutie Curie
I was able to do it stealthily without anyone noticing by finding someone alone in the security office. It can be done.

@@lastmangameplan I wish you could suggest that to any of the other factions. Since the Institute is not exclusively synths. So even the Brotherhood of Steel could still get something out of the Institute. Especially to get a near-impenetrable foothold in the Commonwealth.
For the Minutemen, the teleporter could allow them to literally be anywhere at a minute's notice. As well as the other technologies within the Institute could allow them to unite the Commonwealth completely. As well as skyrocketing the quality of life across the Commonwealth.

And now that the BoS got there too it's so logical for the Enclave to get revenge on the BoS.
So glad!
I'm guessing it's only available on PC?
I haven't seen it for Playstation. Maybe Xbox is a more modd-able plaform, but I doubt it is available for any consoles.
I would say it's the true ending to Fallout 4. Taking on the brotherhood of steel. Destroying the railroad. And taking over the Institute. Is the most funniest thing. Most awesomest thing. I did Crossing the brotherhood. With enclave troopers. Was the most funniest thing ever.

This mod is great, I didn’t experience any bugs while playing. The dialogue and story is a bit lacking, but better than the base game for sure. Everything else is excellent.

From what I've seen there's no dependency on part one
Don’t install the original America Rising. This remake, America Rising 2, replaces and enhances original mod.
They aren't compatible.
Can you fight against them as well?
Absolutely. Just don't join them and eventually you'll have the opportunity to fight them.
Well, you convinced me.
Deciding whether to start from scratch or from an existing save where a lot of grunt work has been done without committing to one faction?
It's not a bad one for a fresh start, but it would be challenging to rush it at low levels.
How is it on the console?

If people want me to, yes.
