This car still looks awesome even to this day despite this design having been around since 2016. The designers got it right the first time. I wish the interior could’ve gotten some updates but it’s still wildly popular and people probably are still willing to pay, so why go crazy from a business standpoint? I get it.
I kind of disagree with the interior comment. As a Volvo owner, I think their interior is just the right balance between physical buttons and touch screen.
Yeah I appreciate that the interior of this still has buttons. The EX90 is going in the complete wrong direction. Stop copying Tesla. Consumers want buttons.
@@MHassan1986 Porsche has physical buttons to change heating/cooling, volume, as well as driving dynamics on steering wheel. I can make changes to air circulation without looking, or change driving mode by simply rotating a knob on the steering wheel.
Hi Brian, this was an excellent review. I appreciate you taking the time to explain the differences between the engines, speeds (hp) and suspension. I've always been a fan of the brand.
So, I'm guessing Android Auto still hasn't been added back to Volvos even with the new infotainment? Android Automotive is cool, but not every app that works on Android Auto is downloadable or works the same way on the Play Store even a couple years in. Currently leasing a Polestar 2 with this issue.
Literally over dramatic comment. Seems fine to me. People love tablets and to a large degree the floating aesthetic. Not much different to people liking the “tacked-on” aesthetic they use when mounting a TV on their wall.
I think they're building both the EX90 and XC90 refresh at their plant in California as those two vehicles will be their biggest sellers and they can't afford to miss out on margins because of tarrifs.

As Volvo owner, I disagree. 2024 Cayenne has better balance compared to XC90
@@whatgaca Hmm, really? How so? I've never sat into one so I guess I'll take your word for it.

It’s a classy & timeless design, interior and exterior. I prefer it than the exaggerated LCD in dashboard like the Nautilus or new Escalade.
Still classically elegant and timeless, yet modern and fresh. They got it right! 🇸🇪 💛 ✨️ ✨️ ✨️
I'll give them credit it's a timeless design. It was starting to get stale looking, but it looks good yet again. It still needs a 6-cylinder engine.
I think engine is the only, but major flaw
Great review!😸
So it has a CCS plug, but all I see is the standard L2 plug.
Love that is still proper Volvo ❤❤❤
4:15 regeneration IS infinitely adjustable with the gas pedal, I do it all the time.
Any review that uses the music of #Khruangbin is alright with me! 🙌🏾
The outside looks like it went back to the early 2000's and slapping an Ipad in the middle is all about the upgrade you got.
É realmente uma nave.

What would you buy: The EX90 or XC90?
XC
My S60 T8 delivers over 100 miles per gallon, my previous ice 29.7. That’s good enough for me.
