@@fatousall5809 I've in my 40's and I've never heard that people on the continent lived in trees. My first time hearing that was from continental Africans. Could all of that be just "hype"?
Crob3622 well you might not heard it.Great I live in the USA for over 30 years I can tell you that I was asked that by over 6 people’s if Africans live on trees.Trust me I just laugh 😆 😃and response back by saying yess in one of the tallest tree in Africa...No need to be hype of anything like that. One of them that ask me that question was my class mate.
Isatu, these 3 bedroom apartments are quite roomy with a nice view from the balconies, the free wi-fi, air conditioners and back up generators which will certainly put the mind at ease. You are doing a fine job at highlighting these fine properties.
Woooow! The price is crazy cheap! Absolutely insane. This might be the last bit of motivation I need to make the move to Gambia. It's amazing. Thank you for sharing.
Hey Isatu great video I love this place it is brand new. The price is very reasonable. For the people commenting about prices please do your home work. Brufut Gardens is a very very nice area in The Gambia. It is a fairly new development and is close to the beach and shops etc. The price unfurnished works out to be about $500 per month.
oh if you could do more of these video on luxury apartments, it will be really appreciated. This is something that's missing in the country. And I'd start searching for luxury houses overseas.
Isatu great job these apartments are very nice it's a bit pricey for me but it reasonable since it comes with certain amenities I just don't want to live in a compound with other people but I think it's very nice very nice
Those apartments are HUGE .. perfect. If I were to go I would first rent and then buy.. Do they have short term rentals ( Like 2-3 months) or a longer lease?
This looks great, just sad to know that it is only affordable to Gambians expats or foreigners.. perhaps it’ll be good to work with the governement and build houses to the average Gambian people, but also not move away from the compound way of living, which is based on sharing, not individualistic lifestyle that we/you import from the West and sold as project such as this one..
Just hope your funds will not be depleted too quickly; unless you have money coming somewhere, this is a bit pricy. There is no jobs to be had in the Gambia unless you are creating your own business or you are a retiree and wants to repatriate. However, the apartments and furniture are very nice.
Gotta admit Gambia give the best building for the money... Please do not become like westerners. Keep your price market uniquely Gambian Great apartment lay out 👊🏿👍🏿

It’s beautiful but I don’t understand why there are not shower stalls or tubs. All I see is people busting their behinds or heads because they slipped on the soaked tile!
Only the Master Bedroom had a full bathroom. I’ve seen the shower head/no wall/over the toilet setup on several properties. I don’t understand spending good money on all the other beautiful amenities, and then build sub-standard bathrooms. Even tho the materials are beautiful in the bathrooms, the way they are setup is a dealbreaker for me (especially as I’m seeing more and more properties with up to standard bathrooms available).
Just found the info. Thank you so much these are gorge. I will call them to see how much for 3 month stay? Thank u kindly for ur time and presentation. Truly appreciated
Just look at the dreadful muddy, waterlogged, side roads! I think homeowners and builders should work together to finance fixing the roads during the development process and not wait for the government to fix the roads!
@@demetriahorne1006 i 100% agree with you. In my opinion, all property developers should be responsible for paving of all streets within their estates (properties) so the governments can assume responsibility for roads. This is how it's done in the US. Property developers build paved streets, drains, electrical lines, gas lines, among others before they begin building the houses. This model should be a major building code requirement on the entire continent and will eliminate shantytown developments.
@@kwadjoekaya6559 if the government makes that law, I believe property developers on the continent will take that as their responsibility and add the cost to their properties. Good idea.
Kwadjoe Kaya Makes no sense to me! Nice apartment buildings and homes and very poor infrastructure! I hope to be out there in November but dreading the roads! I can cope with the raggedy houses because I can fix that? We have to all put our heads together and do something!
@iphil25 as suggested earlier by someone, the cost of construction and paving of streets within the estates, including beautification of the neighborhood should be built/priced into the cost of the property and people will be happy to live in beautiful communities. As a matter of fact they wouldn't even know that they paid for the streets because it's in the price. Also, it will provide jobs to the youth as some of them will be employed by the paving companies. In the state of California and most places in the US, we also have home owners association which requires every resident to pay some form of monthly fee for maintenance of the estate (this usually done through management companies which use the fees for clean ups, clearing/trimming of street trees, periodic painting of exterior of the houses, re-paving of the streets every 2-3 years, roof repairs, among others). This also provides job opportunities to highly educated and skilled professionals who work for the management companies of the home owners association (HOA). This is how we can develop and keep the continent clean and beautiful.
Very nice house. My question is does the master bedroom have a large closet or a walk in closet? You did not show that in the empty apartment but thank you for showing us the entire bathroom. Very nice amenities. Stay blessed!
