For those wondering what the thing is during the slide parts it’s called an Ebow. It’s for sustain and tone and you just hover it over the strings.

The even older school alternative is to use amp feedback (with high gain, muting the strings you don't want to ring out) along with delay and reverb. With practice and precision, you can duplicate it pretty accurately. Of course, many churches are going with the "amps off the stage" mindset (thankfully mine isn't one of those), so I'm guessing that the e-bow is probably the only alternative. I'll say, though, pdub has been stepping up in their skillset the past five years. This is a really good song. :)

I loved this! Lets the bass have a part and isnt stepping on the low end. Adds just enough flare during the drop/build sections and accents during the low parts.

That's a guitar slide! This specific one is from a brand calle Rock Slide and is made from polished brass. Hope that helps!
