I was a young teenager when I watched this show. I loved aria and Ezra and hated her parents for keeping them apart. I use to think “well Byron dated a student he’s such a hypocrite” but I recently started rewatching the show and I never really realized how wrong there relationship was. Now don’t get me wrong I still love them and think they were the best couple in the show but she was a minor and he saut her out knowing she was because he knew who she was when they met. He also continued to have a sexual relationship with her. So I don’t really blame Byron for keeping them apart I mean he could have put Ezra in prison but he didn’t. Having said that Ezra and aria are still endgame
Yeah but Ezra wasn’t forcing himself on aria and aria loved Ezra it’s not like he’s seduced her because she didn’t get forced to sexually interact with Ezra it just happened and she also has a say in the sexual things they did. You can see that she isn’t uncomfortable when there alone together and sexually active because she chose to do it and she chose to do it with person she loved(Ezra).
I never felt so conflicted about a couple before, they chemistry is chefskiss. They're adorable but the whole teacher/student thing.. it's not okay (the age hap is quite common in my country so I don't voice myself on that matter) and I understand Aria's parents.

I'm sorry, but no father in the world would have been accepting of this situation. Asia's dad was as asshole no questions about it, but be isn't wrong to be upset at how an adult in his mid twenties is dating his underage daughter.
I remember shipping them so hard when I was like 11 and now at the age of 19 it feels so wrong that these series made it so damn normal and okay to date your teacher. Sure they meet before he was her teacher but like wtf. He had to change school right that day she was in his classroom. Or they had to broke up. But in this series it was like: Teacher and student are in love, so let’s be together. Especially young girls could think it’s okay and should be that way. And that’s just wrong.
