@aathman There's nothing unrealistic in this scene. Just because Em is taller doesn't mean she's stronger. Height doesn't mean anything. It's not unrealistic, just cuz Mona is smaller doesn't mean she can't be strong. Mona beat her easily and that's just it.

A is skilled in fighting so she would definitely beat you in a fight. You wouldn't fight off anything. A would overpower you and kill you just like how she almost killed Emily here.
