These people need 'real' help! They cannot just randomly build a city and live in the woods. If that's the case, anyone of us can pick out a location of land and claim it as ours. "Free land for everyone." They also cannot be moved like 'cattle' to the next part of town to live on the street. They need real assistance and help starting over. Very sad. Also they're not all lazy, drug addicted, criminals etc. Some are people who just fell on hard times and wound up without a home.

We need affordable housing and the opportunity to buy homes instead of the growing greedy landlord system we now have where fewer people are able to buy a home and are forced to rent from greedy rich income property owners and corporations gouging people raising rents every chance they get while wages remain stagnate and the costs of living continues to rise. This is the ignorance and bigotry of the 1% in action, as they shoot themselves in the foot and destroy the American dream. Housing costs are so high now and wages are so low it's becoming impossible for many people to survive in America. We need to create jobs and an education system that would actually train people for good jobs. Instead we have bankers who are making profits off our children with high interest for college loans putting students in debt for years before they even find a job. We need to create workable mass transit systems and design our cities with affordable housing and shopping/parks/clinics etc all within walking distance instead of a suburban/automobile culture which is wasting our precious resources and fuel.
