- We visit the burned down Cottontail Ranch Brothel and the abandoned Ghost Town at Lida Junction Air Strip at the junction of Highways 95 and 266 in Esmeralda County in Nevada. The brothel was famous for many reasons. It was the first Nevada Brothel established in 1967, it had the incredible Madam Beverly Harrell, and it was frequented by Howard Hughs. Hughs' alleged incident of being beaten and left for dead, along with other characters such as Melvin Dummar and Robert Diero make the Howard Hughs will story all the more fascinating. Come along on a journey of discovery on this adventure. Sadly, the abandoned Brothel burned down in September of 2022. But the memories are still there! And the Howard Hughs will mystery is still alive today!

What happened? Well, either it was some Burning Man festival losers on their way home decided to torch the brothel for kicks or the Lida Ranch who owns the brothel decided to torch it to collect the insurance...
