Yesterday would've been my three year anniversary. I feel you brother, it's been not quite 3 months NC for me as well. She did reach out once about a key to my apartment she still had but I just politely responded to her and then backed away again. It was very hard, but like you said, it's gotten a lot easier in the last month or so. I still miss her sometimes, but I've reached the point where I honestly don't care if she comes back or not. It does get easier fellas, just stay strong, you'll be so glad you did, regardless of how it turns out.

Damn…first was my comment 😆… So, today is almost 19 weeks of no contact. She actually texted me today (she called but I didn’t answer) asking about a gift for our son, but that’s been it. I responded, but no emotional stuff. Haven’t looked at her social media at all, no texting, no DM’s, no drive by’s at all. Her daughter from her 2nd marriage that I’m very close to has called me a couple times asking me if I could take her to cheer practice at her moms request but she and I haven’t spoken. Not sure NC is working, but I’m good. Life isn’t great, but it’s peaceful. Also, I’ve lost 90 lbs in the last 2.5 years, totally reshaping my body. Only 10-12 lbs away from where I need to be. In the gym 6x per week, I’ve fallen in love with the gym again! She’s missing out 👍!
