I recently made a chocolate semifreddo following a recipe from America's Test Kitchen that came out beautifully. This appears to be an even easier recipe to prepare. I'm going to try this one and I'll report back on how it comes out. Also when I made the chocolate semifreddo I used a silicon loaf pan instead of a metal one and it released the semifreddo very easily. I recommend it highly!

Made this two days ago everybody love it my sister almost licked the plate!! Had to make your lemon curd bc where i live we dont have prepared lemon curd also used strawberries instead of raspberries bc i had them on

When I'm looking for measuring cups, I'm very confused because most of them are 1 Cup means 250 ml. But in some recipes, 1 Cup means 240ml. Which one is true? The rest of volumes are same?

Let's just agree that there's a bit of both. Laura has a photo of herself at the bottom of the screen when annotations are on. And I feel that anyone who does this is an egoist. We don't need to see a photo of her at the bottom of the screen WHILE we're watching her. We ALREADY know who we're watching. If you haven't seen this yet, check it out for yourself on her more recent videos, going back to who knows when.
Laura has constantly placed her ads on her vids for all of her other contact info, which is distracting. I mentioned that to her, and she then blocked me. So clearly, she doesn't want anyone questioning her need to plaster her overkill of self promotions throughout her videos. Even when annotations are off, she's overly self promoting. It's a shame really, because I DID like to watch Laura. I'd MUCH rather watch Sarah, because she's more down to Earth, and doesn't have an overpowering ego.

I made this also and it came out beautifully! Like I said on the previous post, get and use a silicon loaf pan - AMAZINGLY EASY to get it out!!!!

i think using an immersion hand blender would be easier to puree the raspberries and save some of the puree too :)
