470V Varistor is FAR TOO HIGH; the power supply will burn before the varistor. The 470V varistor clamps at roughly 520-550V peak. You need a 390V varistor to be acceptable. If possible to find a 330V varistor, this is rarely found but will be even better; this last one risk to burn very often, but will effectively protect the supply.

por que no usas el 07D361k ??? Vrms=230 permisible .... entonces arriba de ese valor empieza a proteger... el que tu usas el 07D471k es de Vrms=300v permisible... entonces no protege nada, por que empieza a conducir a los Vrms=300v , solo protege arriba de ese valor.... entonces si hubiera picos de Vrms=250v por ejemplo, nunca cortaría esos picos, por que el que usas solo corta picos arriba de Vrms=300v
