- This build on Oni is so fun, and makes very good use of a new-er perk that came out with Skull Merchant called Leverage. This build is very anti-healing which can be very powerful on a killer like Oni who snowballs very hard with his power.

The closest thing to oni in terms of how bad it is to stay injured would be dredge. Maybe this build would be good on him to keep nightfall up as much as possible

I think the issue with this perk is that it is after a hook. If it was after an unhook it would be stronger. How often are survivors actually healing 30s after you hook someone else.
To some extent, yes... However, if everyone is injured, it's far better to heal FIRST then go get the unhook as you have a better chance of getting that save, even if you go down right after.
@@ragabashmoon1551 I think the more common scenario though is to heal up after the unhook
@@D_To_The_J Yes, if the killer is not near the hook. But if they are, then trying to get a save while injured is not easy. If the killer hits you before you start the save, you go down. However, if at full health even if the killer injures you before you start the save, you can still pull it off while the killer is on attack cooldown.
I feel like it should active for both hook and unhook but only gain stacks for the hook

I think pain resonance would be a good swap out for corrupt, just to get the little bit of regression and it combos well with agi

Mercy players. Used to being carried, but suck when they actually have to make a good play.
Or Tofu has 11k hours in this game and Zarina doesn't? Mercy mains have been enabling kill-hungry plays for years, no need to dunk on someone who chooses to heal and support instead of taking the spotlight.

As an Oni main I can tell you straight up Tofu that this was just mostly Oni gameplay. Always fun to watch though

I feel like Leverage should work in reverse. You need that early game pressure, why build up 50% penalty on a last survivor or the last 2 survivors? It would make much more sense for it to start with 50% and regress to 0% when all the stacks are used up. I guess the only reason why might be sloppy butcher,

I had someone run this build against me and they started calling us gen rushers and I’m like “How if you didn’t run any slow downs?” We 3 man out because he camped 1 person at the end.
I use it legion and it works mighty well
So I don’t know if you considered it, but instead of corrupt or agitation you could’ve used thana for the gen regression and extra healing slow down.

I get the opposite. Play Freddie for the first time since his nerf and got absolutely demolished. Only character I can get 4k with is my main nemesis and even then it can be hard
I feel like they should make leverage permanent but make it a hex perk
Just out of interest would Sloppy/Thana be a good alt to Agi/Scourge cause of potential poor scourge locations?
The problem with sloppy is that once you get going, you won't be basic attacking full health targets and instead will be trying to 1 shot down them in power. It's harder to consistently keep mangled/hemorrhage on everyone with sloppy, and gift of pain has the nice gen speed penalty as well.

the perk should activate after a survivor is unhooked tbh if it changed to that instead of hooking activates it would be decent

Why not ditch gift of pain and agitation for Sloppy and regression?
If slowdown is the problem maybe dying light could help out, the problem is that the obsession might just heal everyone at normal speed if you don't annoy it
@5:10 dirty u its better to leave the pain hook full bc if u hit them they lose the debuff which is kinda annoying,
so where that play could be stronger is dropping the scourge and go with thanto slugging to not be toxic to players, but open an obj they now have to go save, and any one else is slower on gens 4 it, this is better played on ones like oni and billy bubba and ghost face, those that get 1 hit downs

Sloppy isn't applied from Oni's big bonka and Gift of pain slows gen speed after they heal
Tofu is S-tier
15:30 he not use his dead hard, he just got unhook and then you hit him adter that, and he still even finish his mend

nah see id drop the corrupt for the blood ECHO (myb) on hooks, with the leverage to slow that down, and my pressure for slugs for thanto value with throwing some on th scourges, which i DO love agi over toxic grasp for
oh and i do love death bound with scourge pain, knowing someone is full obliv and slow on a gen is niiiice
as a Leon main, seeing other Leons play him badly are just... we dont claim them lol

Replace something w/ dying light for more slowdown. Sure, it buffs the obsessions healing, but leverage and mangled will eventually counteract it

Killer perks: Hook survivors 10 times to slow healing by 50% for 30 seconds.
Survivor perks: Yo, heal 50% faster just forever, whenever you want.

I'm a P100 Leon main and any time someone says something about expecting me to be good I warn them that I, too, am super stupid. I want to be insulted by the stereotype, but I really can't. Something in your brain that makes you a Leon enjoyer also makes you a total doofus. I still love him tho. Head empty heart full

yeah i think that cage had off record, but u hit himi off hook, which rly rly stupidly is the same fricking enduro which i rly rly hate, like tbh that perk suuuuux for me i always cancel it bc well i have to to win the game
Goft of pain is terrible because you basicly just injure yourself again and get ridd of the effect

this perk is garbage. don't even bother. 30 second of slower healer is very very easy to outlast. a perk that really powerful on Oni right now is Trail of torment. you can kick a gen with nowhere to hide and fly around the map with wall-hacks+undetectable. highly recommend trying it.

That said, Leverage is still trash, for the same reason that Dying Light is trash....and the same reason that people still run Corrupt even though it does literally nothing after you down someone. Early game delay/pressure is everything.
Y didn’t he just run sloppy instead of scurroge hook cause then he wouldn’t need to run agitation and have a free perk slot and it’s also guaranteed mangled on every hit
Whoever is reading this, and you copy the build, try swapping corrupt with thanatophobia for some slowdown the entire game.

How can Tofu get so bad survivors when hes at Top MMR? Its so weird how he gets so easy games sometimes. Im a 99% Survivor Players and basically only play Killer for Dailies every now and then. And when I do so, I get the most tryhard, gen rush and toxic people you can think of. Its so unfair and frustraiting to not get fair matchmaking and then see others get free wins. 😐
