I lived in Houston, Texas in the early to mid-nineties. I lived in a neighborhood called the West End, which at that time was a Latino Neighborhood. There were a few white people who lived there, but the majority of the people who lived there were Mexican Americans. I got along well with them, of course you will find bad people everywhere, but for the most part, I was treated with respect by them and sometimes I was not, but again, you will find bad people everywhere. I remember going to the Taqueria and how awesome the food was 2 huge Tacos for $3.00 and the Tortas and empanadas! When I left Houston in !995, if someone spoke to me in Spanish, I could understand what they were saying and even respond in Spanish. A couple of years ago I had a job working in a factory and there were Dominicans, Mexicans and Cubans working there, I was surprised that how much Spanish I remembered. thank you for your videos. I enjoy watching them.

My favorite Tostitos are Elote flavor. They are limited edition but taste so good! Pulparindo was sent by God! The salsa selections are so flavorful. One of my favorites is Clemente Jacques guacamole with serrano. It compliments everything.

¿Porqué se llama "aceite de oliva" y no "aceite de aceitunas"? Aceite de oliva todavía es bueno. También aceite de coco es muy bueno.

Aceituna y Oliva, son sinónimos sin embargo es mas común que se le nombre (aceituna) cuando ya se ha curado en salmuera y es la que conocemos envasada. Al contrario cuando esta sin curar que es cuando se extrae el aceite se le conoce simplemente como Oliva.
