El video de hoy se ha sido bien suave Estoy de acuerdo contigo Ali. Lo mas importante para que comer con regularidad, es decir que no se deberia mamar mucho a la vez.
Hola Ali, vi un video que decía que después de 17 horas cada célula de nuestro cuerpo comienza a repararse a sí misma, similar a "reiniciar" una computadora. ¡pero hay que ayunar más de 17 horas! Lo mejor es beber agua de manantial con limón (amarillo) mientras ayunas. También es mejor acostarse con hambre porque el sistema inmunológico de nuestro cuerpo funciona mientras dormimos (si no está ocupado haciendo la digestión). así que ahora como no más tarde de las 3 de la tarde para que a las 8 de la mañana mis células se estén reparando. Empiezo el día con agua de manantial y limón y luego como al mediodía.
Justo tomo agua mineral con limón en todas mis comidas!
Bueno! no tomas coca cola. azúcar es muy mal por el salud. Evite todo el azúcar (la miel es buena y la fructosa de la fruta está bien), el azúcar alimenta las células cancerosas y las bacterias malas. y los refrescos tienen ácido y el cáncer necesita ácido y azúcar para sobrevivir y prosperar. necesita un pH sanguíneo de 7,6 o superior para estar sano. ¡muchas gracias por sus videos!@@espanolconali

Hello Smiiel! You can actually activate the English subtitles from the settings! That way you can see both at the same time. Hope that helps!

Hi Ali, I tried it and it works quite well. The problem is that the English subtitles overlay the Spanish text. So that makes it a bit difficult to see both. Take care, Emile@@espanolconali
@@Smiiel You can move the youtube subtitles to wherever you want but tbh having 2 sets of subtitles + listening to her is just too much going on. Try doing full Spanish only, you'll learn more that way.
