Can I ask why the cable is at the top needing a new hole while the previous hole where the lock was originally is underutilised? Could you not have the cable pass through there. It would mean one less hole in the door

We’ve upgraded the double-sided lock to get unlocked via fingerprint from the inside. This will launch by July 23. Please subscribe to our newsletter on www.simpled.uk website or leave your information with one of our online agents, and they’ll keep you informed once this improved version is rolled out.
By the way, the fingerprint is not the only unlocking method. Here are some other entryways from the inside to maximise convenience:
- Keypad
- Contactless Fobs/Sticky Tags that can attach to your phone
- Remote Controller that can be mounted on the wall
- the app
- And as mentioned, the fingerprint
- Or the wireless keypad (Sold separately)

Hello,
Kindly provide Drawing for all hole center Ed to be done on my door for lever and cylinder holes with sizes. Screw for handles etc all shown on drawing with sizes.
These are required by my builder to install slim series lock purchased from you some time back
PLS REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS OUR BUILDER is WAITING.
