I think there well be a live Lakaien cover version :) The melody can be adapted easily for a baritone ... Veljanov ist not only a pop singer, he also did early music with Estampie.
Oh yes, I like the "peng" when the chorus starts. Anyway, I am beginning to like this song a lot. Yes, in the land of is very similar as far as the melody line and rhythym are concerned - at least I think so.
I am sorry you misunderstood me there: I wouldn't compare Veljanov with Frederiksen. Both are very good singers, each in his own field. I merely think that Mr Horn was working on one particular theme and came up with two different versions, one is this for HV and the other is "In the Land of" for DL. I don't understand why he is messing around with the voice of his HV singer, that's all.
While I acknowledge a definite resemblance to the parallel Lakaien song "In the land of", I still find it hard to make my peace with the alienated bass of Joel Frederiksen. Probably it's just me, being a silly voice-person, I don't know. Although I still like this song, I really prefer the "almost-Lakaien version" of the theme, then done with Veljanov's vocals, of course.
I love it! love it! love it! love it! love it!
I can't wait for the new album!!
Can't have enough of this song. Can't wait for the new album. And "Für euch die ihr liebt" was fantastic, but this overwhelmed it big time.
That sounds so much like a Deine Lakaien song. .. Which is great.
Oh gefällt mir gut, freue mich schon aufs Album!!!
Die innere Welt, in der Materie.
ich freu mich auf das neue album. wie jeder hier
