- The Mercedes C-Class Cabriolet is the convertible version of the popular C-Class Coupe. Is this drop top version a welcome addition or will you spend most of the year wishing you had a hard top? Sam Matz I used to have a BMW f10 and now have the new Mercedes E class. It's true...! The BMW idrive is much better than the Mercedes ones

no man they are not even importing, Benz set up a 100 acre manufacturing plant in Chakan, Pune but still they are charging more
marshallmarthes yes, but they import the most of the parts, even if they make the entire car is made here they are not willing to reduce the price significantly, why would they anyway because they are getting huge margins...
Taxes are a bitch, import or not if the government want to make money from affluent people you can't really blame them, especially in a developing country like India.
Love your review videos Matt .... but... I'm constantly having to adjust the volume ! By now your sound guys should have improved it .. anyway keep the reviews coming

Matt, the car you were testing has keyless go. So if you kick your foot under the boot the boot automatically opens. Or you can open the boot using the key. So not sure why you mentioned that it was annoying feature that you can only open from the inside which is incorrect.

I have a C43 AMG Cabriolet. An absolutely beautiful car.....nicely quick and agile and yet can still get 30mpg on a road trip....BUT.....the tires and wheels on this car are very fragile. I've had 5 or 6 flat tires and 3 cracked wheels. I have had several other cars with low profile or run flat tires and never had this problem under identical road conditions. A new wheel was $1150. I think the car is just too heavy for low profile or run flat tires. I've seen several other similar complaints on various Mercedes Benz forums. I don't feel comfortable driving the car out of town.

Well, I'm still waiting for an F-Pace review. Not that it matters now, Audi has made my choice easier and I already ordered a Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport filled with options, great looks and great interior with R-sport, panoramic sunroof and ICT Pro. Can't wait to actually get it. 😃

Thanks, I really liked it when I tested it. I also have a A5 Sportback from 2013, 2.0 tdi 177bhp. At 50k miles no problem whatsoever until now. Hope the Jag is as reliable.

Igor Warszawa : The UK is a big buyer of convertibles, because we have so little sun we value it more than those countries that have too much sun. Regards diesel convertibles, why not, with the U.K. having some of the world's highest petrol/ diesel prices we need to save on costs and not everybody wants to rev highly on a petrol car like a little boy.

Doesn't diesel smell bad? I have a BMW cabrio and sometimes I get irritated by diesels around me in traffic. Can't breathe! I would always go for petrol diesel really pollute the city! Fucking taxis and trucks
