For the second scenario, I'd recommend seeing a sex therapist before handing out any passes. It sounds like a solution, but that's not so simple once implemented. That may be a pandora's box scenario.
There are plenty of high and low desire couples that work just fine. There's also a line between high desire and sex addiction. Her (potential) sex addict may, at present, be faithful. But this is not sustainable, assuming she's not exaggerating.

It's not just about marriage, men are JUST like that. My baby daddy had my NEIGHBOR pregnant at the SAME TIME I was. 😮 He did that to his first baby mama, too, come to find out. So he has a total of 5 kids, my son being the youngest. My first pregnancy my daughter didn't make it, while the neighbor had a boy. Her son would be I think a month, maybe 2 months older than my daughter. The first baby mama had a girl, and his other son was born a month BEFORE her daughter. They (men) just NASTY. NOW???!?
