The countdown begins....Kyle!...can I hire Amanda to wrap my Christmas Presents?! That sword is REALLY INCREDIBLE! I bet that would cut bamboo quickly! I have 3 Jians. I love them. The Chinese Jian has been around for 2500 years believe it or not and the Katana just 1300 years in comparison. Think I may have to get that one! AND ...THANK YOU for my package of goodies I purchased from the store!!! LOTS of fun stuff and incredibly good quality!!! You guyz always out do yourselves!!!
I actually own one of those 3-sectional comverta staffs, and while it does work well as both weapons for training, it’s so loud and annoying in regular staff form, that all your neighbors will hear you practicing with it if you’re outside in your backyard, and it’s not a pleasant sound… But using it as *just* a 3-sectional staff is fine.
Had some good memories with the ninja diversion bombs. my uncle bought me a few boxes of those back in '97. for weeks, I brought 1-2pcs almost daily in my elementary school to prank classmates/teachers. thank goodness I was never caught. :D
That’s awesome! Yep, they are really great for pranks as well. Over the years, our employees have used plenty of them to scare each other. Thanks so much for watching!
Lol i knew there was a reason for the hockey mask. I was thinking he got to split the pumpkin with the sword. Wow that a heavy sword. You go Kyle. Thanks for the Great picks Amanda.
@@kylerogerspowers2935 it’s funny…I definitely wasn’t expecting to use that on this video. My plan was to put it on a pumpkin as it got closer to Halloween. But, I guess it all worked out okay. Have a great week brother!
Still catching up with your videos Kyle so apologies if any of my comments are old against some of your older products but I can honestly say love the videos
That’s awesome Craig! Yeah, my first videos are pretty horrible! It was right around the beginning of the pandemic and I didn’t know what I was doing. Hopefully they continue to get better over time. Thanks for all your support, my friend!
2:38 man i was 16 working on my kife throwing skillz and i threw my Christmas presnt knife and i lost it on some brush under a bunch of pine trees i think it got sucked into a drain because i borrowed a metal detector and couldn't find it
That sword actually looks very nice but its unusually heavy for the style. I would be interested to know if you tested its durability to see how well it would hold up to actual use.
You’re right…the scabbard has so many adornments on it, that it does make the sword fairly heavy, plus it has a much thicker and stronger steel than most Chinese swords you come across. I have tested it out and it held up very nicely. Thanks so much for watching! I really appreciate it!
🤸♀️🤸♀️ my Dad and I love watching your weapons Wednesday videos 🤗 And I lost it when u put that mask on lollll. 😂 Thats some quality material 😂👌 and awesome sword, but what does one do with a sword like that just curious? You obviously can't (or shouldn't) use it to hurt people, so is it just a show piece?
Thank you! Some people enjoy learning the history, traditions and techniques used to wield a sword while others just like to collect them because they are beautiful. I hope you are having a great week!
I like the sword it looks like it has a good thrusting edge. I would personally use it more like a long dagger than a sword. It looks easy to use and very effective. I would not go against a rapier with it but its relatively short length would be more effective in tighter spaces. used as a dagger it probably be even better than my qama because of even longer blade although one would still need to learn how to use it as a sword which I don't have any experience with but it is definitely something ineresting.
When I was a kid, I had a weapon that had three curved blades. I threw it like a shiruken or how you threw the batwing, well stitches later my thumb was sliced badly lol. Good thing the batwing is easier to throw than that =D Also, that sword in your hand looks great! You could totally be a gladiator for Halloween =)
Oh wow! I’m curious what that throwing weapon was that caused stitches. Sounds super dangerous! Thanks so much for the compliment! I really appreciate that. You are awesome!
