That zoom in and jump at 2:54 made me crack up the way it just nose dives lmao. I've been upgrading mine since I got it on sale recently. Love the way the truck looks when its running!
My Losi Super Rock Ray does the same thing. Changing the spring rate and shock oil on the rear suspension helps a little but not much. I find that punching the throttle when you leave the ramp will keep the nose up in the air , unlike the other cars that fly neutral in the air this one likes to kick it’s tail up in flight. Takes a while to get adjusted.
You need to do 'toe out' on your adjustable turnbuckles it wont roll over as much.. & it is not that it is top heavy.. you have to go 50-75% throttle into a jump & full throttle before take off.. it is due to the solid rear axle suspension
@@MrJoseph5120 i put a 13tooth pinion on mine for more speed.. just make sure to throw some fans on the motor.. or i have seen tgat it can fit & run the 4s 5000mah packs 🏁
This seems to be a slasher not a basher, this is a baja truck not a scale truck (like the udr). Looks like you have alot of work to do to get it right.
I'd recommend heavier weight oil in the rear shocks. You get way too much preload before the jump causing it to unload the suspension at the top of the jump with and throwing the rear end up too quick.
@@armandohernandez9909 are you local in San Diego I got 2 other friends that have one and no worries bro I had the car suspension set up like crap I put the stock shocks back on and it works way better I’m more over a 1/8 and 1/5th scale guy any ways
Try not to go full throttle at the jump and go half throttle then hit full throttle before the jump. Your going at it full throttle with no ability to adjust in the air because your already maxxed out on the throttle

You are correct I’m trying to drive it like if it’s a basher witch I need to stop doing. I do need to adjust more things on it. I appreciate the input
@@MrJoseph5120 it really just needs more wideness i feel.. it would look bad ass hella wide.. enjoy it man.. i should have my running video up soon

What proline tires do you use?

Is this j st?

I need to find more spots on SD to use for my slash
@@Inducements check out fiesta island. Or sportsplex I usually take my ramps to jst park and jump it there

You need to learn how to walk before you can run. Car and throttle control go along way.
Good luck.

I fixed the problem the proline shocks where maxed out on Callers so I went back to stock and added a little weight to the fuel cell full sends now
