my goal is to only buy one bar. If one is to use the RhinoFlex HD Bar for overhead presses, do they get the same training stimulus of their stabilizers as they would with the Earthquake Bar assuming you load it in the same manner --- hanging KBs etc?
Thank you for the question, it’s a little stiffer bar, but yes, overall your assumption is correct. As long as you are loading it the same, the benefits and stresses will be similar.
We hang everything, bands, chains, you name it 💪🏼💪🏼 We aren’t advanced enough to worry about high/low kinetic, we are focused on firing up the stabilizer muscles and getting warm for big lifts. I hope that helps and thanks for the question.
@@TheStrengthClassroom it doesn’t have the same amount of wobble, but it does still wobble. In fairness we are no way near maxing out either bar, so wobble for others may vary.
Too funny, I was just researching this comparison last night, thanks!
Thanks man I wanted to get one of these!
Tempting

@@TheFarrOutpost that’s super helpful to know, thank you!
Can you still hang bands from the RhinoFlex? I was reading the e max is high kinetic and the RhinoFlex is low kinetic.

@@TheFarrOutpost ah ok I was going to say that is surprising because I can get my barbell to wobble with enough weight lol
Opinions after a month of use?
This thing is awesome! We use it to warm up for almost every session. Definitely one of our best purchases. 💪🏼
@@TheFarrOutpost the e-maxx or the rhino flex?
@@Hichris808 rhino flex all the way. You won’t regret it. 💪🏼
