Hola Ly tienes que comer mejor con tanto verde y puerros no creo que estes bien alimentada y mas dando el pecho pues la leche te se puede etira o que sea de mala calidad ay en tu pais ay lentejas judias o garbanzos no son caros y son buenos las kentejas tuenen huerro polas con unas zanahoria un pimient verde o rojo unpuerro y cuecelas a media cocion echa 3 patatas en ttozos grandes y ya tienes una comid la zanahoria y las patatas machaala y rueba a dale al bebe.tambien come pollo o pato y mucha fruta beras como te encuentras mejor si tu fata habet que pasa con el bebe ❤❤❤

Gratidão pelas legendas em português 🤗🇧🇷 gostaria de te dizer que talvez sua filha chore quando está nas costas porque a sinta que amarra ela esteja machucando as costas e os rins dela, por ela ser gordinha pode está incomodando muito. Além do que essa sinta que vc tem, possui uma fita muito fina, e é por isso que eu acho que esteja machucando o bebê 😩🤦
