Since some of us are "older" we do care that you don't get hurt or taken with anyone. That's what happens when we grow up and mature. Happy that you met his family and know who they are. It's a good van with better living in features than an older van. You can get on with your life and share only what you want. Nobody should tell you what to do, just be careful with your life. You have a good amount of subscribers for a reason. Trolls will always troll because that's what they do best. Trolls always subscribe too which helps your channel. That honda van still got life left with a lil love, those vtech engines just keep going.
Am happy for your new rig, enjoy it. The transit was made for long distance miles and hauling cargos. It hss a very reliable ecoboost v6, more power than other vans and ford support is everywhere incade you need it serviced. Good luck.
I can't wait to see you build that van into a home. Please if you can find one of these. navy ship bunk beds. They are great for saving space, and you can keep most of your clothes folded in it.

I had an old 1974 dodge camper van from the factory had a two burner stove, ice box, sink,and two cabinets, couch that would fold into a bed.had the raised fiberglass roof i could standup in it, but anyway i lived in it for about 8 months, probably the most content i ever felt,ended up selling the van, it's been afew years but man do i miss my mobile house,i'll get another! So good luck with your project& keep on rolling🚐🚌

I used to use a pick up camper 8 footer on a dodge 3/4 ton pick up.
Traveled for work and pleasure throughout New England.
It worked great, a complete bathroom with a shower. A/C etc y'all know. Haven't seen many you tubers use this venue for vlogs except one .
What was nice was if I needed to go somewhere without the camper it was easy to remove.
Electric lifts and a long shore power cord 30 Amp for campgrounds as well as the long A/C cord for the generator.
Didn't use so much more fuel that I deemed it a poor choice to live. Fridge freezer, stove, oven etc.
Just a thought for you.
I put on your videos and let them play while I tend my Gardens and preserve them.
Grow food not grass.

You know a van conversion will take a year, I think it’s a great idea to stick with your current van so you can continue to travel and provide content for your utube channel in addition to the content the van conversion will provide. Best of luck, you have a great kindred spirit.

I can't wait to see what your plan is and the whole build. Your brother is so awesome to help you the way he does. Yet you're not afraid to take the bull by its horns and do the work yourself. Each of you are unicorns in your age group. Your folks should know they did a wonderful job raising you and your siblings. Well, if my families estate was settled, I'd be buying your camper. What general specs do you have on the trailer? Mfg, model, length, weight, etc. NW IDIOTnois (100 miles west of O'Hara) isn't that far from you anyhow.

I for one am just so glad you keep posting because you are a very fine and talented person, you do a lot of very interesting down to earth things and it keeps my attention. Thank you for taking me along. This is a very surprising turn of events. It's like a bolt out of the Blue. There was no hint or suggestion and suddenly there it is, a new van that will certainly open possibilities for long term vacations and camping trips. Good for you. I think the Transit will work better for your little trips. It certainly is better than a small van and much easier and cheaper to get round in than the trailer. As for your personal life, keep it that. You both deserve that.

You might want to consider just moving your bed, fridge, and other camp stuff into the Transit, and simply start using it. One thing I've across all the conversion, van, trailer, suv, or otherwise, RUclips channels I watch, is that if you live in it first, before you have a design, the design you ultimately come up with, is more real to you and your living habits. If you camp out of the old van, and try to build in the new, without really experiencing the new, you may not wind up with exactly what you want.

Have you heard much about Honda Elements as campers? I saw an ad for one locally with a camper top, however they're older vehicles now. I believe you mentioned that you had a Soul previously, and the size may be similar. The Transit definitely has more space, and I'm sure you and your brother will make it a beautiful home away from home 🏡

It is a good idea to keep your private life private. But your new van, that has potential. It's so high inside that you can do alot of stuff and have alot of storage with still alot of room to move around. Watch a bunch of RUclips videos from other people to get good ideas but put your own touch to it. Been watching your videos for about a year now. Keep up the great videos and stay sweet. Try not to get down on yourself even though you feel overwhelmed and stay strong. 🦸♀️
