The game's called Arcaea! It's pretty fun, although most the songs require money, and money only, to play. It's a pay to play game, but there's a selection of songs you can play for free!
The highest difficulty on project sekai right now is 36

YOU HAVE TO SWITCH WHAT HAND YOU’RE USING ON A HOLD NOTE CAUSE THERE’S FLICKS- idk how to describe it so i’d recommend just looking at gameplay

Index fingers only but im slowly converting the use of my middle fingers too..
And i play on 11.2 which is a bit fast, i would recommend 10.8- 10.9 or 11

@@haru-pon4122 ensekai has absolutely trash rendering settings, and it isn't your cell's problem. jpsekai has way better programmed settings, which basically renders every single tap unlike ensekai. for the en servers you have to tap directly on the line for it to work, or else it wont render at all. personally i would recommend u to swap to jpsekai, but the decision is yours.
