At the 91 BPM part the lyrics is "I’ll play lo-fi music to complement the meal, so have a good night" which is calm and peaceful, and at the 300 BPM part the lyrics is "The tempo rises, the number of moves increases, surely it’s close to ending" This lyric resembles that the situation is exciting, hence why the high BPM.
