@Glazierstar he probably isn't really right now, but he's definitely been at multiple points since his rework. He has so much in his kit: very high self-sustain, probably the best objective securing ability in the game, multiple forms of CC, etc. His W is one of those things that makes him frustrating to play against, especially if you don't have movement abilities, and it being pretty much objectively better than Sion's ult is just powercreep and that is always annoying.
It's not even just the turning, his hitbox is wild. Sometimes in the early game when you don't have boots yet it feels like he has a 180º degree angle hitbox, I've legit been hit by balls where I was standing right beside his model. Crazy shit
