That movie traumatized me as a child, Im from Derbyshire which isn´t too far from where the beginning of this movie is set and me and my friends used to walk home across fields like that all the time 😁

Ina lot of the Halloween forest videos, the rain isn’t distinct droplets and is too much white noise for my taste. It’s just like ears ringing. This is nice and drippy rain splatters. Really a fantastic blend with the Halloween noises. I vote for one million more great distinct rain droplets + scary sound effects videos ❤❤❤
Correct, well the London one. Best howl ever committed to flim. Just had to borrow it. I grew up not far from where that film was set. After watching it as a kid I was always on edge walking home in the dark across empty fields :D

It has been long rumored that this estate formerly owned by a family of wealthy but also mysterious people that seem to own everything and everyone in the area but that was 30 years ago and all of the family are deceased and buried in the family cemetery that surrounds it, it was also rumored that the family members all had strange personalities and none of them ever left the property they would venture out around their vast estate but never set foot outside the gated property and have not been to the village town near them in many years and only sent servants into the village and do the business for them, but as time went on and the last of the family passed away and the servants found themselves without jobs all moved in to the village or surrounding villages and whenever they were asked about what would now happen to the estate will it be inherited to someone but the only answer that they would give was that the family would still live there just buried under the ground and as for the mansion it will be the home for the spirits of the deceased family members and so in a sense they will still live there and if you ever are out that way on the road that passes by there it is best that you don't stop or go on the property as the spirits of them will scare you off and away, you can hear the bell from town from out here and this time of year is the rainy season and the steam rising up from the earth if you look just right you can see shadowy figures roaming the estate and it looks like the family are out in the rainstorm strolling through the cemetery or they are are peering out of the windows at the world out there changing and aging wondering what will become of their home will it remain there for eternity or will civilization destroy it but I don't think that that will ever happen, this place not only holds what the family had built up but also possesses many secrets from the past centuries, it has been there many years and may hold too many secrets, many secrets left to not be told to the public, the rain is still falling and you can see the family or their spirits sitting around the house doing what they have always done with the exception that they are now near the fireplace just relaxing and taking in the peace and quiet,the end ????.

This would be perfect but my only complaint is that it is not accurately titled For the title to be justified I'd say every hour or so you need to incorporate a long and gutteral inhuman HOWL over the wind Something so loud and caught between the realm of man and animal that the logical brain will try to trick you into thinking "it's just the wind" When your survival brain knows better The only time I've heard an animal howl that did justice to the werewolf was in the 80's horror comedy movie "An American Werewolf in London" If there's no screeching beast caught in the uncanny valley between pain and predator Howling in the winds Then there is no "Werewolf" in the Forest Instead all you have is gothic Ambient rain sound effect.
I try to mix my audio pretty low key for realism, like if I was actually standing there right at that moment. I find frequently repeating loud sounds irritating sometimes and far less creepy overall, but that's just me, we all have different tastes. I find sounds that are infrequent are the ones that you don´t expect and make you question yourself did I just hear what I thought I heard? There are a bunch of channels out there that offer a more fantastical and over-exaggerated style of audio mixing but that just isn´t me. Ironically the howls I have included (for which there are plenty) are almost identical to the ones in American Werewolf in London. But yeah if you are looking for loud in your face howling sounds this most definitely isn't the video for you. Top tip though, there are a bunch of ambient videos out there of a similar subject and if I like the visuals of one but the audio of another I watch one and turn the sound down and use the audio from the other. It´s impossible to please everyone on the internet, I can only do what I like to do and hope that others will enjoy it too. Growing up in central Northern England next to open moorland and spending a large portion of my childhood playing on the moors believe me when I say there was no movie that creeped me out more than that film. Love it.
