I'm a Daddy to a very beautiful special needs daughter. Her name is Melissa and she has Autism. She will be 34yrs in November but is mentally 3yrs. I use to pray everyday and ask God to make her normal and for many other things. I learned that she is normal, even better in many ways. My wife and I adopted her and her older sister Beverly. We were Blessed with two biological children but wanted to adopt to complete our family. After many years and much Love we almost feel like my wife gave birth to all 4 of our children. We thought we was teaching Melissa but in fact she taught us about Life and Love. I was surfing videos on RUclips. I am so tired of the negativity of the Political Videos. I happened on a video of this guy speaking with a beautiful young boy who suffered severe burns to his face. I recognized the boy's heart immediately. I feel in love with his kindness and his beautiful outlook on life. I then happen to see him interview you two young ladies. The answers Carmen and Lupita gave really touched me. Carmen's answer about Depression was so Truthful. I am sorry for the way you both are treated sometimes by ignorant people. I am glad of the strength you both have. It would also depend on who's controlling the pedals; they would need to communicate with each other while driving, and being on the phone would be too much of a distraction. These are all just my guesses though.

It’s so funny that these girls don’t look alike as the are IDENTICAL twins, impossible to be fraternal twins from two eggs, they wouldn’t be joined together, but when one egg gets fertilized and then begins to split into twins, in conjoined twins the egg doesn’t continue to split completely and where the spot they stopped splitting is is how they will be born conjoined. There have been several conjoined twins who lived to have a “normal” life, as much as possible with their limitations. I’m happy to see the twins who do get out and about and have proven themselves to be “normal” (or average”) and have friends and family who love them. Can’t wait to see what Carmen and Lupita wind up doing for a living!❤️

I'm not certain because I just discovered their channel myself, but they probably have to get surgery every so often to relieve pain. I think it largely depends on where exactly they're conjoined and whether they have malformed and/or fused spines or completely separate spines.
The said in one of their videos that Lupita has severe scoliosis and its pressing on her lung, ( I think), and she only has like 27 percent lung capacity but that there isn't anything they can do about it

I have a question and I hope it doesn't count as a dumb question. You two obviously each have your own spine, but the upper body connects to the lower body in an unusual angle. I'd like to know if that causes you any pain skeleton-wise. Or in the abs and back muscles, they have to support more weight than usual that angle. Do you need physio or something like that to prevent or relief pain?
They have said it is painful, but one twin cops it more than the other. Their arms look incredibly strong, I suspect they would do some form of physio, maybe even pilates, but that's just a guess. One twin only has 27% lung capacity.

There have been several conjoined twins who lived to have a “normal” life, as much as possible with their limitations. I’m happy to see the twins who do get out and about and have proven themselves to be “normal” (or average”) and have friends and family who love them. Can’t wait to see what Carmen and Lupita wind up doing for a living!❤️

I'm not certain because I just discovered their channel myself, but they probably have to get surgery every so often to relieve pain. I think it largely depends on where exactly they're conjoined and whether they have malformed and/or fused spines or completely separate spines.
The said in one of their videos that Lupita has severe scoliosis and its pressing on her lung, ( I think), and she only has like 27 percent lung capacity but that there isn't anything they can do about it

I sit down whenever somebody else is walking (usually but not limited to long distances) because some actions just make me imagine the pain on my bones/joints whenever I see them.

I have a question and I hope it doesn't count as a dumb question.
You two obviously each have your own spine, but the upper body connects to the lower body in an unusual angle. I'd like to know if that causes you any pain skeleton-wise. Or in the abs and back muscles, they have to support more weight than usual that angle. Do you need physio or something like that to prevent or relief pain?
They have said it is painful, but one twin cops it more than the other. Their arms look incredibly strong, I suspect they would do some form of physio, maybe even pilates, but that's just a guess. One twin only has 27% lung capacity.
