- LET'S FOKUS ON FUNDAMENTALS - STRENGTH
This session is all about fundamentals and basic movements for functional bodyweight training. This Workout is also mainly focusing on strength. It will help you to be able to work with your own bodyweight properly to get strong, healthy and fit!
As you already know our Workouts will get more advanced and difficult. You can do those workouts multiple times and each time you get through it, you will get stronger and better. You'll also get prepared for the upcoming Workouts.
