ribeye playtime rib retube part 2

an insight to building and fitting a rigid inflatable tube for a 6 meter Ribeye playtime rigid inflatable boat.
firstly we had to resize the tube and eliminate the stretch from previous years of use, then template was resized so that it was able to fit on the orca hypalon 1460mm roll while still fitting the original tube carrier moulding.
We then prepared the fabric with abrasive wheels and our sanding machine.
Then it was time to dust off and degrease the bonding surfaces and apply a prime coat to all surfaces.
finally the fun bit putting everything together.
