I loved Thierry Henry’s idea of adding a ref’s press conference after games when he mentioned it on the cbs ucl show, but this is actually miles better. EPL needs this
A ref press conference would also be good, better than what we have. Refs can explain there decisions and will help clear up things, will also help stop corruption

IFAB Laws of the Game don't allow ref cams in sanctioned games. It's being trialled in a few leagues (including some counties in the lower levels of the FA to try to reduce abuse of referees), so that may change in the future.

All things considered, Uncle did a good job. Yes, at times he was too strict but ultimately the game has rules and they must be enforced regardless if the match is friendly or competitive. Last thing a team in pre season needs is a season ending injury to a player before its on full course
He was the ref for the last union mls match he definitely is a good ref i have respect for him but when it comes to the game if you make a bad call your hear it. But this view from his chest is awesome shows us well me how hard he does have to run and he does have a impact on the game

We had something like that in Poland. You could hear conversation between players and capitans as well as referees. Totally changes your view on what's happening on the pitch.
Here in Germany one ref in the Kreisklasse C did this for a few games an oploaded them on YT, but the DFB told him to stop as it's agains Football Rule 5.... aspecially in lower leagues it would be a great tool for the analysis afterwards and a big protection from agressive players, trainers and fans.
It kinda does tbh. You have to feel the flow of the game. A referee has a big impact on the game. How you enforce the rules is up to every individual referee

Sure if the severity of the tackle is worse than a yellow but not as bad as a red in a friendly then it would be a yellow, in a big game then it would probably be a red.

In the MLS they pick the best players then play against arsenal of all teams. That’s stupid, inter Miami probably would’ve put up a better fight if it was just them. There’s talented players in the MLS, like top scorers in the top 5 league top players, they just do a stupid game where they take a bunch of players who probably haven’t played with each other besides maybe one or two and put them up against a team that has been playing years together or at least one season.

I do wish the Premier League would either do this or play refs audio during live broadcasts like Rugby for more transparency.

MLS finally made another Ref Cam video after 11 months the first ref cam was on MLS All-Star vs Liga MX. This is the second time I’m happy the MLS did this again but the Premier League, LaLiga, league 1 and Bundesliga and also the Champions League should also do this in big matches like the Manchester derby and the El Classico.

I guess in the NBA refs are a little too ejection ready tho.

As someone accustomed to rugby refs, I can't believe Benteke got away with that. The way he spoke to the ref was shocking.
