Pelicans Flying in Hi Speed Video

Three Brown Pelicans hunting on the North Basin, Cesar Chavez Park, are filmed in high-speed video, resulting in a dreamlike slow motion video of the birds in flight.

Just amazing. I saw a large group of about 18 pelicans in flight, really was amazing to see them and they were gliding on the gusts of wind. To see an animal like that really makes you have a sense of wonderment.

What a wing span. A few months ago on a Jupiter beach a squadron, 7, of pelicans were in formation. They made me think of ww2 fighter formations. Awesome memory. Love them 💘.

A memory that I treasure is that I had the incredible opportunity to see dozens of pelicans ( I count about 64) flying to land before a storm in Bacliff, Texas, I wish I had a camera to film it, it is still fresh in my memory, I was 50 years old and today 72
