    When taking out the gas valves it's a good time to clean out the inside cabinet

    Yo u also need a monometer to adjust the gas pressure to spec

      I will look into it but haven’t had any issues with it so far.

      @@ranchopreciado6754 it's not an issue you see or notice right away it's more cumulatively. You may end up with too large a flame which will make your fry temps fluctuate too much. You can create too much carbon residue eventually clogging your orfices you may start candling when fryer is off. And it can over time lead to early failure of your gas valve

    I use thread dope instead of tape. Works better in sealing
