I think maybe because it's not fair to those who came to this country through the legal way. My family are immigrants and rightfully EARNED their citizenship through waiting, studying and paying. My fiance and i are currently waiting for the long lengthy process of her getting a visa/green card to come here and its been over 2 years and also when she gets here, she won't be eligible for the benefits that these illegal immigrants will receive such as free healthcare and the other social services. It's a slap to the face to those who came here legally.

Have you ever tried to walk through Chicago at night, or the Civic Center of SF. . I need to take BART into SF for work and will often see people doing drugs openly in the Civic Center station and see drug addicts just yelling at random innocent people as they walk down the street. These places have become lawless hell scapes.
