I did a similar thing but each slide was a frame for the Storyboard, when you then print with say 4 or 6 slides per page, it looks great. What would be really handy is if I could have 4/6 slide view on one page while working in Powerpoint so I could annotate them.
PPT comes with a lot of shapes you can insert onto your slide, located in the same place he grabbed the round-cornered square. If you want something else you can create it using a graphic software, use a copyright free image, or your own photo and insert it onto your slide, like he did with the cars.
