Our Motorhome- Re-filling our Gaslow LPG for the first time

Our gas ran out, which meant we had to re-fill it ! 😰 We were both petrified 🤣 After checking on autogas.app for of nearest lpg station and watching a couple of other RUclips videos, off we went! It was remarkably easy and very much cheaper than swopping tanks. #motorhome #motorcaravan #campervan #autotrail #traveluk #gaslow

so do you turn bottles off first and do you have to keep the button pressed in for gas or just press and let go till its filled

Yes turn bottles off before you refill and follow instructions on the gas pump

We’re waiting to pick up our new Adria and would seriously love to have this system fitted. My only concern is how readily available LPG filling places there will be in the future. Anybody got any thoughts? Thanks for the vlog.

We have not yet had a problem filling, there is a good app mylpg.eu we’ve used, but the main difference is don’t wait until you have an empty tank, just top up when your near or passing an lpg station, we topped up the other day - £5 for half a 11kg tank and that’s a more expensive station.

Interesting video. Thanks for posting as I was thinking of fitting the same to my MH. However you really should not use a phone or camera in a petrol station as it can cause a big boom

Good point but more of a myth these days isn’t it? More dangerous as a distraction than risk of exploding. But thanks for the comments and won’t do it again! 👍😄

Wow that made me anxious, using your phone next to the petrol and gas pumps. I am sure there would have been a great big notice saying not to do that. Also looked like you turned the gas bottle back on for travelling, which is another red flag danger. Please read up on safety of gas before you go any further
