Really nice compilation, I think this is the first footage I've seen from this airport. Nice mix of regional aircraft with a good sprinkle of other interesting movements as well.

Very interesting Mark. Seldom get to see action from the Maritimes, guess nobody's interested ! Have taken that Porter Q400 to Ottawa before the pandemic - love the Q400. And the catch of the Aurora was golden, didn't know we still had them. Shades of Buffalo Airways, eh ?? And that Canadian Forces Griffon just wanted to get in your video.

Thank you. I agree! I find the maritimes to be a hidden Canadian treasure which I enjoy every time I’m there. I have taken porter from Montreal to Toronto (YTZ) they are a great airline!

Wow! Great video. They fly over us daily, love watching them. Getting Transat and Sunwing into the mix would be great also

Oh, boy. Thank you, sir. My second closest airport, and the one I monitor traffic at the most frequently, but rarely visit. Really great to see literally every single trail number I've wanted to have eyes on since I started this hobby.

Really good video Mark, your camera work is great, great angles and you are not hopping about all over the place. It looks to be a very interesting airport too, a lot to be said for spending time at some of the 'smaller' airports. The RCAF Aurora was the catch of the day for me, the approach angle and the touch and go were great . . . . . .I really enjoyed this, I look forwards to more . . . .Brilliant, well done.

I just learned something watching this video. For 25 years I've worked for FedEx here in neighboring Maine and I NEVER knew FedEx was operated by Morningstar under our colors. i always wondered how our packages were flown into these Canadien provinces since i've never seen any FedEx flights on the tracking sites. Now, I know ! Great video !

    Where's the snow? :-)
BTW, CRJ is a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Jet (MHI).
Dash-8 is a DeHaviland Canada aircraft.
The liquidation of Bombardier commercial aviation did not grant right of new owners to use "Bombardier" trademark.
Also, when Dash-8 was sold to Boeing it became a Boeing aircradft, not de Haviland. When it was then sold to Bombardier, it became a Bombardeir aircrtaft, not Boeing or de Haviland. So now, it is a De Haviland Canada aircraft.
MHI will not produce any CRJs, its only intention to to provide service/support for remaining fleet. De Haviland Canada would like to restart production of Dash-8 if it got orders AND a production site. As part of its liquidation, Bombardier sold the Downsview facility to real estate developper with a clause to vacate the facility by some date in 2021. When Bombardier sold the Dash-8 to De Haviland Canada , it included the lease to Downview so production coud continue, except that lease still included the "need to vacate by . So now, De Haviland Canada is without a production facility for the Dash-8 and 0 orders. Lets hope that changes.

Surprised to see a number of Air Inuit flights, Moncton is not on their route map. I wonder if they are regular flights that are not scheduled, or if they were one-off charters.
