Been going through your vids. You made a big effort with this stuff mate. It will be appreciated with CoH3 I'm sure. I prefer the written tips rather than dialog.
Side question: I'm just starting out with Panzer Elite, enjoying it but finding it quite rough... I've read online they received a massive nerf before CoH2 released. Are they still worth playing?

About your question :
You are right PE in the old versions were so powerful, not only them also the Wehrmacht was more powerful.
To make more balance they nerfed both of them and gave more advantages to the Allies side which in my opinion made British OP and they need to be nerfed now but as you see they stopped updating this game long time ago.
Back to your question does PE deserve to be played with.
The answer is yes
PE is my favorite by the way
