Just keep desiring, worshipping from your heart and praying it will eventually come. I had this problem too, I had a burning desire for it but it just would not come. Search youtube on video telling how to receive it and still nothing. Went to the altar to tarry for it and still nothing. I felt discouraged for a while but I still continued seeking after it. Ontil one glorious day in church while I was worshipping with the congregation with shouts of hallelujah, it came like a river. Praise be to God. So bro it will come just keep pressing. God Bless.
