Great video! Another thing worth noting is that if you're playing in a party that grants attack up buffs such as Yuna when she's amped or with a support running the legendary weapons that grant attack up when using their heal skills then you'll have even more diminishing returns. The passive attack up increases add to the same damage pool as the attack up buff.
@@acactoos yes. Mods like attack up and damage increase vs weak point or elemental weakness are additive to the attack increase passives and attack up buffs.crit rate up and crit damage up are additive to the crit bonuses from your gear
So happy you made this!! I'm padsew on Twitch and we had that discussion a couple of days ago on your stream. Thanks for creating guides and content for this game, you're amazing!
The one character that I think Eugeo's passive is S tier on is Yui. Her orbs hit 100+ times during their 15 seconds uptime and every hit has the 8% chance to freeze. pair that with advance skill cooldown rolls and cooldown from crits bracelet and you get nearly 100% uptime on orbs to spam freeze enemies around your teammates.
@Hawntbawt that's true but it would cut into your skill cooldown rolls. It depends on whether your own damage on yui is more important or the utility or more uptime on orbs to freeze enemies and more cooldown to cast cheer for healing your party.
One other thing I learned that's worth noting is that freeze effects last longer than stuns. It's still a nut damage loss but depending on the character it can still be worth having
i would do a video split between roles. for BiS pasives. more content for you, as every subclass has it's own video, and now strea has been released, completing the full roster till september 20th 2025.
I'll consider it. Also the next character dlc release date is a placeholder date. The same showed for Strea before she released. The next character dlc will release a lot soon than 9/20/25!

I'd say fuka's passive is S tier if everybody has the passive in your party, though not much when playing solo. If you don't mind me knitpicking, I'd like a better explanation on why lenns passive is where it is. Outside of boss raids, it doesn't seem very practical. Yeah it's fine for lenn herself but the 2 snipers? I'd just like a little more elaboration on who benefits from x passive and why? Besides obvious 1s like yuuki and guts. Maybe a seperate video Pairing for example leafas passive with all the characters in it's own tier list and explaining why it's S/A Tier on said character. Stern passive, Eiji passive, Klein passive etc etc. Doesn't have to be one video either. That being said. For people who don't own that necklace (5%hp) What do you consider bis passives for say Agil?
I thought of specifying which passives are best for every class and why, but the video could reach close to an hour. In general, the passives in the S+ categories can be used on any class and do really well. While the Bs are for passives reserved for specific classes or only if you know what you're doing. A couple Cs can also be good, like how you mentioned Fuka's, but realistically you'll never have a 4x male party unless you queue with friends. Llenn is nice on any ranged since you'd want to stay somewhat close to prevent the boss from doing dash patterns more often. It's good in co-op since it works on small enemies and rooms with elites are compact, so you'll be in close ranged anyways. For Agil -- Can use Leafa+Argo for co-op and Leafa/Eiji+Sterben for boss raids. Half of his skills can still be casted in air and his basic attacks get around a 30% damage increase already by default which should stack well with Leafa.
Curious to see where you think Strea’s passive sits on this list considering you can make characters like Klein explode in damage potential due to his triple charge legendary katana effect.
In no way is Argo's C in boss raids. There needs to be a divide not between melee and ranged, but flying and grounded. As a flyer, I can consistently hit the back of many enemies and stay out of danger areas at the same time. And remember, damage gain sales way harder than atk since it scales multiplicatively with attack. I'd put it B because there's only so many slots, but it's definitely better than Llenn's where you have to put yourself in way more danger. And remember, time dead (or dodging) is time you aren't DPSing. I'd argue it's equal to the other Bs as well, but situationally vs each enemy and with which character. I'd actually personally move Asuna and Argo into A because while situational, in those situations they're unmatched and only beaten by the S tier passives (and up). I think all of this will change once we all figure out more precisely how gear works and we can more efficiently capitalize on crit stats other than stack cr when we have it
It's impossible to back attack trommel and kraken. So that leaves us with 3 of the bosses we can at the moment. Dragon is huge and likes to turn a lot, causing huge downtime in back attacking. The weakpoint is also in the front for downed phases. Skull Reaper's tail is hard to hit and generally his hitbox goes outside the arena while most of his back is resist. There is a weakpoint in the back and front, but tail still moves a bit during downed phase. Sword Golem possibly the best case for back attackers since many classes can't hit the weakpoint reliably or at all and the boss is the smallest out of boss roster. I didn't mention in the video, but the ring that gives guaranteed crit for 5 seconds on perfect dodge is arguably the best ring for most classes right now. So staying in the front since most boss attacks are frontal is important for uptime on this ring.
@@acactoos You can back-attack Kraken when he's 'down'. As long as you're behind the hit box you're aiming at, it counts. You can be behind the Kraken's head hitbox. I'm sure there is a 'back' to the tentacle hit boxes as well, but I haven't tested it (yet). Every lockon hitbox I've tested so far has a backside to it. Like you can attack the backside of the dragon's front paws, for instance.
Idk what passive to put on strea lol, Her full charge gives +20% to her charge skills so Im running flight master with Full charge, I can also run Agil passive with flight master until I get that legendary effect on her weapon that reduc dmg while charging too.
What the hell are you talking about? Lizbeth's a pretty aggro skill, it's really good against machines including a certain very popular raid boss because of the boosted electric damage and 25% chance of stun and everyone should run it there. Yui's also very OK, makes dodge/perfect tank easier and those are offensive moves, not defensive ones, Lizbeth's is A tier and Yui's C tier along Kirito's and Asuna's for sure. Now, Fukaziro'hs and Queenela's are actually useless, those are F tier along the rest.
Also, can't believe you didn't mention how easy it's for Yuuki to use her own skill. I agree with most placements in the first list (second is irrelevant and awful and doesn't deserve recognition) but for different reasons, like Yuuki's is only a must use in her.
I just finished the story and have done some co-op missions and some raids. What should I mainly do for good drops and exp? I dont do much damage on the raid boss lol. Im level 30
Great video. How did you get all the characters to level 30 efficiently. I am running T2 boss raid over and over. was T3 a better method for leveling up if I have that unlocked or T2 the best?
That's just her idle grounded animation unfortunately. Fortunately though, you can stay in the air for a while if you spam left click, hold right click when she does the sword spin., then repeat immediately with left click.
That one is weaker than hp on melee dmg dealt since hp on crit are % of your hp, while hp on melee dmg dealt are % of your dmg dealt, which you do a lot of dmg so it heals way more.
@@endercode1164 additional, the bracelet for HP on crit only applies to critical hits that are dealt by advanced skills. they do not include hits from your basic attacks.

Low-key wish there was a AoE barrier skill where players can run into to be protected from heavy attack while reviving. Or bless the team with a temporary shield(temp HP) that last for x period of time.
@@allthatishere Okay, first of a 30% atk increase is a lower damage increase than the 30% damage increase from Argo for instance. Yes, you can hit weak spots more reliably with Klein passive, but you need to meet certain requirnments. Due to the fact that you have to take damage to activate it I would already put it lower. And if you choose to argue the accessory passive, then you need to bump up passives like kirito and especially asuna due to the fact of how easy Llenn and a few others can achieve the combo needed. Therefore, id say that the Klein passive is worse than what is pointed out in the video.
Klein is effectively 100% uptime in a fight on any class while Kirito/Asuna's is not. You'd have to continue your combo beyond 50 or 60 to be effective. It has 60% uptime on Llenn if you only go up to 50 combo. Also the boss can do an unfortunate attack at any point and cause the combo to be over. There's too many variables that can prevent Kirito/Asuna's passive from working well and that's why I placed them where they are. They aren't bad to where they're unusable, but a lot of things in the run has to go right for them to work. While with Kleins you never have to think about it and gives more attack than most passives.
Silica passive needs to be reworked. The bonus healing should be able to be applied to allies and not just self. Id wouldnt mind if it was when using a heal add an additional temporary shield for x seconds.
