I grew up in New Bedford, and, have not been in Mass since 1995. Honestly, there are so many different accents. Some are slight, while others are stronger. I think Casey Affleck is a great example if a person who has that Mass/Boston accent.

Eh, I grew up in Winthrop, but spent a lot of time on Saratoga Street in East Boston. Eastie Italians have a good accent. The most harsh North Shore accent has to go to Revere, Kid.

We have all different versions of the Boston Accents depending on the section of Boston we hale from.

you have to go to the north or south shore, not many people who grew up in the city have a boston accent.

Since there are very few blue-collar Boston neighborhoods anymore, because the people have been priced out, has to go to the working-class suburbs to hear a good Boston accent.

Senate President William Bulger has what you refer to a Kennedy accent. Growing up here the Kennedy accent is always refered to as a Brahmin accent. Billy speaks with a distinct Brahmin accent.
