OTS can be closed with the toughened glass to allow sunlight to come in at the same time prevent rain water seeping in. Below OTS area is ideal for puja room (provided this area is east facing). Allowing sunlight to come inside pooja room is ideal.

You can approach the eb office to get it laid underground but the whole cost you have to bare Instead I prefer to install some transparent pvc sheet facing outside for 7 feet from 3.5 feel wall top and plan a sit out in that view itself ...😊
1. Voice is not clear. 2. Check vastu as u r changing bedroom. 3. Put big tiles for floor & kitchen sink area. 4. Refrigerator area kindly define , it should be airy . In ur apartment house u have kept mob there remove it. 5. for electrical line u can file complain in Eb they will make adjustments. 6. 10 lakhs for upper floor is too much. Just build 1 room so u can rent it for bachelors.

To Close OTS, u can try transparent polycarbonate sheet on the top, by giving ventilation underneath. Believe your builder made the slanting formation for this.
Hi mam... I appreciate your efforts that to bring your mother's dream come true. In kitchen if possible you plan one window on left side I think you will get little ventilation. Because there is an open on the top. So there will be good air circulation.
check all slopes when doing ( roof, sun shades, floor, outside veranda). so that water cant stay. Ensure that rain water should not fall on the wall. I recommend shankar murugesan channel for construction tips.

So in order to protect water seepage, we have to lay laminated glass which is basically two toughened glass stuck together. We should also seal them with silicone in order to avoid water seepage and any insect getting in. It’s better and safe to add ms rods like we use in windows for safety purpose. BTW, laminated glass will hold atleast 200 hammer hits. Hope u will wake up in second or third hit 😌. However adding the grill is for additional safety and to create an aesthetic look of shadows formation when sun moves along 😊. Hope it answers ur question😊

After that we need to live our lives without salary and pension so for that we need to save lot now. I build one house and wish to build big house but house is not investment. Its benifit only if its consumption. Dont spend lot on new house decoration like interrior. Save for retirement .. if you already have retirement plan let me know so i wont worry .

Sister sorry for this comment and i also work in IT and watching all ur videos recently. You know that we can work only upto age of 50. After that we need to live our lives without salary and pension so for that we need to save lot now. I build one house and wish to build big house but house is not investment. Its benifit only if its consumption. Dont spend lot on new house decoration like interrior. Save for retirement .. if you already have retirement plan let me know so i wont worry .

hi in this video i have explained in between.. this house is a share for my siblings.. i have 3 siblings till 2020 my sisters used to create drama that this land belongs to them.. i want to live a peaceful and happy life with me and my son thats the reason we bought an apartment. (actually they are really good and very much care for me but some occasion they do a serious victim play )
@@itsyuvin Ok, I got your point. I recommend you to rent this new house and stay in the apartment as you have already spent so much for interiors and you will have a better lifestyle if you stay there. Don't get lured by the high rental income from the apartment.
OTS should be definitely covered with Glass or fibre. Google OTS designs you will get some idea
