    Hi great video. I really needed a slow starter spring for my Ryobi grass cutter. Is it possible that I order from you this part. We don't have this part here in our country we have no dealer. My spring is just the same as yours.

    How tight does the screw for clutch drum need to be? Should the drum rotate freely until the rpms rise and the clutch plates engage?

      Hi Evan, the screw that holds the clutch drum on just needs to be hand tight. It shouldn't rotate freely though.
