você recebe seu pagamento integral, e o imposto é por sua responsabilidade de acordo com o seu país, eu estou no Brasil, vamos supor que tenha um lucro de 1.000 dólares, divisão 80/20, irá receber 800 dólares, aqui no Brasil é ganho de capital em moeda estrangeira, 15% da alíquota, ou seja 15% de imposto em cima dos 800 que foi o que recebeu .
