There's nothing like saving the wedding of a friend that is regular on the bed of immorality. True love & saving is to expose and not protect the relationship/wedding.
This is exactly what I thought! It's the absolute truth. Lying to save a friend's "wedding" would only lead to a disastrous "marriage". When the soul is not saved, it can only get worse.
I've not finished watching this movie but i think this movie is one that everybody in a relationship should consider and then check their heart. What so many believers called love is obsession, not love and if we are to be obsessed about anybody then that should be Jesus. I believe God permitted all this to happen to bankole coz he wanted to let him go of the obsession he has in his heart. Just like he helped Abraham to let go of his obsession for Isaac. This movie is a test of faith for all of them. Cox Friendship is built on trust. Also, God can allow anything to save his own.
Its also really funny how Ruby's man was so quick to lie for his irresponsible friend but so slow and inactive to help restore the relationship of his other friend that he ruined

Pastor why did you have to collect that politicians money when you know his intentions are not pure, your wife even warned you to refund the money but you refused. This is a warning for every child of God, wait on the Lord for everything, don't look for alternative means, fix your gaze on Jesus. If Pastor didn't collect that money God would have still provide for the church, you can't help God.
Thank you for teaching us how important it is to let God take the lead on everything. My takeaway is entering the gates of God with thanksgiving 🙌. When all else fails, give praise🎉
This film is so powerful. The careful choice of the mother-in-law as the one to be used by God to rebuild the family is notable. It communicates the profound message that mothers should not become the fuel in the destructive fire burning in their son's marriage, but be the instrument of God to quench it and bring order into the marriage. I like the fact that the mother pointed both of them to Jesus. Thank you very much. God bless you more.
