Yes it has. It has become run down. We moved there a few years back. We have watched it go down hill. Loss of good shops, unruly kids like ferral rats. A stench of sewerage fills air. Medical services a shambles. Over run and over crowded. Sad really. We are still based there but live elsewhere for work but once we find a new place to settle we shall be glad to see the back of it.
The lovely town where I was born, and always lovely to do a tour and get the nostalgia buds working.
