  • 2nd trial of spare ribs using holy voodoo/honey hog combo and a bit of AP ,cooking with our Traeger ironwood 885 using traeger reserve pellets. Simple smoke at 275 , used mustard as binder , light coat of killer hogs AP , mixed some meat church holy voodoo and honey hog , threw the ribs on the grill for 2.5hrs unwrapped, until 165-170 , wrapped them with foil , butter,brown sugar and honey , back in the smoker for 1.5 hours until great pull back and 205 internal , used some kinders bbq to sauce and back on the smoker for 15 min to set that glaze 15 min to rest and there you have it , 3 slabs of ribs under 5hrs great flavor combo not spicy , a bit of kick and swetness , definitely recommend!!
