Would like to see you power this circuit with something, say a battery bank, that can deliver 1000 watts to see if your circuit really can handle the amount of power claimed in the video. The results at the end of the video look promising though! pretty cool! 👍

Hello! Are there any variants to supply this inductor device from 100-220VAC? THe current from a 12V voltage source is too big. For example: 12V * 80A=1000W (roughly).
It's a 100watt system,not 1000 watt, as formula is V*I, 12*8= 106 Watts.
Would there be a way to add another magnet to this, and to position the magnets vertically, like a toaster?

I'm going to buy similar circuit from AliExpress and see if it will work as induction ring cooker , to boil coffee. Be very interesting to see how much power it will take to boil litre water , be interesting compared to a standard resistive element load

What value of Resist. and Cap. are to be added for 100watt induction cooker
How can this be 1000 watt. Power supply shows 12.79 volt 5.213 amps. Watts = voltage times current which is 66.67 watts also shown on power supply. If it was 1000 watts as claimed it would draw 84 amps and that would be at 100% efficient which is not possable, what about resistance in the wire etc. You cannot get more power out than you put in. It would be great if you could it would solve the energy crysis
He just got the decimal point in the wrong place - he meant 100Watts.
The main thing that's wrong here is the induction coil itself = made of solid wire.
Induction cookers/ work at high frequency (shame we don't get to see that here) and there is a thing called Skin Effect.
This means that at high frequency, a current flowing in a wire only actually flows in a thin layer down the outside of the wire. Thus the (apparent DC) resistance of the coil skyrockets = the coil turns into a normal cooker.
Should use very thin insulated copper wire (like the green toroid is made of) and multiple strands in parallel. Ideally and what's in proper induction cookers, you want the so-called Litz Wire
The MOSFETS are nice but for this type of circuit IGBJTs are more suited

Porém dizer que a potência é 1000 Watts como mostrado no título, não faz sentido. Pois o consumo do circuito mal chegou aos 70 Watts.
Para atingir essa potência de 1000W, seriam necessários um arranjo com pelo menos 4 MOSFETs ou 4 IGBTs em uma configuração HALF BRIDGE alimentados por uma fonte de pelo menos 300 Volts, e considerando as perdas no circuito, a corrente mínima seria de 4A.
De qualquer forma, parabéns pelo projeto.

1000W would be 83A from a 12V power supply. Your circuit and wires can't handle that.
